"Just because someone is
a friend, that does not
necessarily mean we want
to provide links to
their sites. If we show
links here, we are also
putting our stamp of
approval on that site
and organization. It may
not mean much to you,
but it sure does to us.
Please visit these sites

endorse.”
Thank you,

down at all and

interior decoration for individuals and contractors, as
well. Previously, Brooke has served as a Christian
missionary in India, Africa, Central, and South America.

http://www.nationalmssociety.org/index.aspx:
Both of Don Bendell’s daughters came down with multiple
sclerosis when they were into their adult years and had
families and careers going successfully. This was kind
of a mystery, as there is no family history of MS.
However, Don’s paternal grandmother was confined to a
wheelchair due to rheumatoid arthritis, and it is now
conjectured that some diagnosed, years ago, may have
actually been afflicted with MS and not rheumatoid
arthritis. Additionally, Don was exposed to a lot of
Agent Orange in Vietnam. MS is still a mystery, but the
disease can be whipped. Please donate to the National MS
Society and visit their website.

expose phony wannabes in violation of the Stolen Valor
Law than any other organization. They also have been
very involved in the POW issue for years, and they host
a very popular veterans convention in Branson, Missouri
each year. Please support them and go to their site to

http://www.overcomersoutreach.org:
Don has been public about being a recovering alcoholic
with almost forty years of sobriety and Shirley has been
a recovering alcoholic and prescription drug addict for
over 28 years. One program that Shirley began at their
church called A.R.C. All Recovery in Christ is part of
Overcomers Outreach, which practices the twelve steps of
Alcoholics Anonymous and Al-Anon, but has Jesus Christ
as the Higher Power, instead of some entity the recovery
person chooses. It deals with alcoholism, co-dependency
issues, and addictive behavior problems in a Scriptural
setting. If you think you or a loved one might have a
drinking or drug problem, chances are very great that
you are correct.

http://www.montagnards.org :
Save the Montagnard People (STMP) is the premiere
non-profit organization that works on Montagnard refugee
assistance. Don lived and fought alongside the very
pro-American, tough-fighting, family-oriented,
aboriginal-like Montagnard (Mountain Yard) tribespeople
in Vietnam’s Central Highlands region. Comprised of
former dedicated Green Berets and re-located Montagnards,
the STMP works tirelessly to help our close friends from
the Vietnam War, as well as try to expose and halt the
horrific racial discrimination waged against them by the
Communist government in Hanoi. Please support this
important organization.

. Don is also a member of the Special Operations
Association (Member number 1920-GA). It is a non-profit
fraternal organization of current and former Specops
operators, from all the armed forces, who must have
worked in an authorized Top Secret project behind enemy
lines. Each year, they hold SOAR, the Special
Operations Reunion in Las Vegas. It is an exclusive and
important group, which is also self-supporting and
accepts donations.

http://www.alcoholics-anonymous.org/?Media=PlayFlash
Often, when a person “hits their bottom” and are
ready to escape the insanity of alcoholism, addiction,
or being in a toxic relationship with an alcoholic or
addict, sometimes the concept of God or Jesus Christ is
not something they can even comprehend, so O.O. is not
something they would be comfortable with. Obviously A.A.
and Al-Anon are “anonymous” organizations, but Don and
Shirley are “Very” familiar and fond of their 12-step
program towards recovery, and feel they are the most
successful organizations in the world offering a solid
recovery program. Visit their site and learn about the
disease and where meetings are offered in your
community. A.A. works! (if you work it).
