I applaud your letter to John Kerry and with the help of all who have read it your
message will reach millions. We've had our share of scum in the Oval office with the last
administration. We do not need a sleazy liar and coward in it...EVER!!

Dear Don, thank you for writing a lette to Senator John Kerry. You so clearly stated to
him how I feel about him. I was just thinking how I would like to write him just how I
feel about him. You did it so great, thank you. I serve in the U.S. Army from 1961 to
1964. I was a medical corpman, served two trips to Germany. Then was out of the Army for
ten years. I became a registered nurse, and won a commission and went into the U.S. Air
Force and stayed until I retired as a Major in 1991. I loved the military, and every man
and woman who serve their country. I'm 61 yrs of age, and retiring in November this year.
I have three brothers--one paratrooper, who neve went out of the states, and two younger
brothers who both seved in Vietnam. I am so pleased to find webpage and have saved it to
my favorite places. I love western life, western book, and movies, camping, hiking, map
and compass, and working with Boy Scouts. Thank you for your dedication to your country.
may God Bless you and your wonderful family. I have one son 28, two beautiful grand boys,
and a little 8 month old granddaughter--an angel. My precious wife and I have been married
41 years. Well be looking for and purchasing some of you western books. Jim Ponds

Really was pleased to see your article that's making the rounds of vets e-mail about
Senator Kerry. It makes my blood boil that he will collect his salary for life even if he
gets dumped during/before the election. I cringe to think of him as a commander of
anything more than a garbage truck. If I had any teeth, I'd lend them to you to take a
bigger bite out of that miserable puke's butt.........Curly Dibble, MSG/USA, retired

As one of the forgotten Infantrymen from Korea, I am pleased that someone finally put
Kerry where he belongs, in the trash heap along with Douglas MacArthur.
