Just wanted to say thank you for your views on both President Bush and Senator Kerry. I
have my own views but I am not at liberty to say what they are at this time. But, I will
say that I am one of the Desert Storm 91 Veterans and I can not see where Senator Kerry
has done anything good for the beterans of this great country. Now, I am in the National
Guard and currently deployed for Homeland Security. Everywhere I go in uniform, people
young and old thank me for serving my country honorably. I just want to say Thank You to
all veterans who served honorably in the Armed Forces of the United States.

Don, Let me thank you for continuing to be a warrior and going forth with the truth
about Kerry. I served in the Navy for 32 years but never served incountry in Vietnam. So,
I missed what you and the other warriors experienced. However, several friends were killed
in Vietnam and I personally witnessed the filthy antics of people such as Kerry and Fonda.
I was called a baby killer and raper such because I worn the uniform of the U.S. military.
I was raised by my grandmother who had all five of her sons in WWII. So, I was taught at
an early age that serving in the military of your country was a moral obiligation. Like it
has been said many times "Freedom is not free!" I received your last letter to
Kerry from another site but I have read the two previous letters. Each one is SPOT ON! I
will be tuned in on the 30th to watch you on FOX NEW. I only hope they will allow you
sufficient time to tell your side. I don't know if you watched former president Clinton's
remarks at the Demorcrats Dinner last night but once again he praised Kerry for his
military service and efforts in getting all the MIA accounted for. Plus he belittled
Bush's service and anyone who has or is serving in the National Guard. Clinton is a great
speaker but he is also a proven liar. Once again thanks for intestinal fortitude in
carrying the fight to the Kerry camp. If there is anyone in Hawaii who would like to help
get the word out please drop me a line. Lawrence Proctor, YNCM, USN (RET).

I have been reading through your remarkable collection exposing the REAL JOHN KERRY
& wondering how we can get all this information into the slanted-against-Bush media
promptly--to inform voters. I am a steady listener to Sean Hannity, Bill O'Reilly and
Laura Ingraham on talk-radio but almost none of this is seen or heard on TV and other
radio programs. I discovered U by sheer good luck [reading Email from my nephew who served
in Vietnam]. Am I too isolated? I am the sister of the nephew's father and was reading
some Email from Chip (my nephew) and clicked on his attachment which eventually brought me
to your website. Is there something people like me could do to SPREAD THE WORD? It would
be an absolute disaster if Kerry gets in [like Clinton did]. Does anyone who reads this
from me have some concrete, do-able suggestions? I'll check back for some answers! I
really will!! This is March 26, 2004 @8 A.M.

crapping his diapers was a great sport. I was in and out of there in 1972 on inspection

I very much enjoyed visiting your site. As a Vietnam-Era Veteran and USAF Reservist for
over 20 years, I am incensed with Senator John Kerry's claims of being a "Decorated
War Hero". I for one demand that his military medical files released just as
President Bush released his files. I cannot believe that someone could be
"wounded" three times over a short period of time, never be hospitalized or
spend any time away from duty (two hangnails and a skinned knee perhaps?), receive three
Purple Heart awards then apply for a discharge from the Navy and later testify before
Congress against those in uniform? Senator Kerry is a fraud must be soundly defeated in
November. Thanks! Greg Casey Lt Colonel USAFR (Retired) Presently living in Panama City,

places aroung this old world. The ones that didn't use their political connections to get

A close friend Randy Givens, COL (Ret), helicopter pilot and ex-SF, sent me your most
recent article on Kerry. I may be a slow learner, serving 31 years, 2 tours as a pilot in
RVN among other adventures and challenges, but I did learn. I believe is is dead on target
about an military imposter - his A&Ds are suspect. I've seen too many men who
willingly gave their all and never receive deserved recognition for true heroism and a few
who strap hangers who pushed to front of the line demanding unjustified awards. While
piloting RAG boats in RVN was nearly as hazardous as being in an A-Team or flying
helicopters, I believe that Kerry is among those few. He has admitted to commiting war
crimes while serving in a war zone; I am amased that no one has pushed these deeds to the
news. As I understand it, there is no statutes of limitations for prosecution of war
crimes. I apologize for my diatribe on Kerry, but I have nothing bur utter disrespect for
his breed. I will be proud to forward your articles to my friends. Keep up the fight,
eventually, we will be heard. Kill for Peace.

History will reveal the true harm Kerry's action, and those like him had upon this
nation, and the world. The Cambodian genocide of 1975-1979, in which approximately 1.7
million (most place the lost of life much higher) people lost their lives (21% of the
country's population), would not had happen, had this country not had so many weak knee
sisters, i.e. Kerry types. We were in Viet Nam to stop the spread of Communism, and it was
the Communist Pol Pot's Khmer Rouge who were responsible for this genocide. Kerry has
cleverly used his Viet Nam military service to conceal his true colors: he tossed his
medal or that of someone else's into the dumpster, he at a minimum his actions bolstered
the enemy while our troops were still in harm's way, at worst by his actions he provided
aid and comfort to the enemy. We can not expect the news media to peel away their darling
Kerry's layers, it is us up to each of us to help reveal the true Kerry. Kerry has much to
answer for.

As the remarried wife of LCdr Bart Creed, USN, MIA in Laos since 1971, thank you for
being a leader in giving an accurate portrait of John Kerry. Our family understands why
President Bush is waging the war against terrorism in Afghanistan, Iraq and other places

As a Viet Nam Veteran who served first with ther 12th SPS, Cam Rah Bay, 1968 then 366th
SPS, Da Nang 1968 & 1969. I find myself completly disgusted by the conduct of Senator
John F. Kerry. I have never known anyone to get a purple heart that didn't require any
medical attention. One man in even our unit was hurt worse during a rocket Attack and was
bitten by a rat when He jumped into a bunker, he didn't receive a Purple Heart. I didn't
know anyone that got to write up their own account of their exploits with slef claimed
heroism, I know some did but I find it disgusting. I may not have done anything real
heroic but at least I did spend my entire one year tour actually in Viet Nam as did
thousands of the rest of us. Also on return to the United States from Viet Nam I found
myself having to wear a riot helmet and carry a big stick in my Military Police duties to
control the Anti War demonstrators. They disgusted me then and they still do. I served in
the uniform of my Country for 22 years, 8 on active duty, 14 more in the Reserves. I'm
proud of that service. We need a President who will lead and not flip flop on the issues
in the Kerry Manner. My vote will be for President George Bush, one who has the courage to
make a stand and stick by it. Count me as another Viet Nam Veteran against John F. Kerry !

matters most. My father flew F6E Grumman Hellcats during WWII. For his service he was

my fellow vet & brother, welcome home.... my freind ed wright sent me e-mail and
when i read it you are 100% right in all aspects of john kerry,, one thing that turned off
about him is that he wrote and put in for his own Purple Harts(2) and a Navy Cross with
"V" device with 2 stars, well he most have been under fire for over 2-3 hours
steady fire with no help? i'am a vietnam vet my self i have 3 sons, an they ask me all the
time to talk about my 3 tours in (hell) as i put it at times, i have 2 sliver stars,1
bronze star w/"V" device, 3 army com. medals, 2 purple hearts, the silver star
an the 2 bronze stars well i didn't put them in myself it went through the Bradge and went
up the chain, and was put in by a major, i was in Japan hospital when i get some of them
on my first tour, my point is, i see 2nd Lt's up to Cpt, at times put them selfs in harms
way just to get a medal, but now i see that Kerry is one of those guys that cann't stand
not being in the light of things an go home with nothing on his chest, i voted for bush, i
real think he's doing good for all of us, i hope i'am not living when a U.S. president

Ron, I have read about 1/8th of the replys to your web-sight. I will read through the
remainder as time permits. I am a retired Navy CPO and retired in 1968 after 20 years
service. I have been getting more discouraged with both polictical parties over the past
several years. I learned via a USAF news paper, that a new party has been formed, and
within about eight months, has spred to seventeen states and still growing. It is the
" Veterans for America "party which began in the St.Petersburgh, Fla. area. I
have changed my voter registration from the Rep. Party to it. It is a party for any one,
and has been formed by veterans, to help secure the promised benedits that we are
gradually losing, and to ensure that the Gov. will uphold the promises that they had been
making over many years and keep trying to find ways to deny the veterans their promised
rights. Their web site is; VeteransforAmerica.com and can be typed into address space and
then click Go. Thank you for your web site, your information that you had researched and
passed on to many vets. and their families. God Bless and keep up the good work.

Thank you so much for taking a stand. Weak backed Americans need from time to time to
be reminded that Freedom ain't Free. They also need to hear the truth. Not some swill
tainted with the Left slant from what is recognized as News Media. Communist news media,
and Communist Universities and Colleges did a real number on us Nam Vets many years ago. A
lot of the swill that they shoveled 35 years ago is still remembered to this day. I don't
care if the whole Nation apologized this afternoon, it is 35 years too late. Here in N. H.
in the town of Franconia, there was a college. Franconia College. It stood just during the
war years, for the sole purpose of giving draft dodgers a college to go to. It would take
more space than you would give me to tell you about it. Volkswagons, composting human
manure, broken windows, bare feet, long hair, peace symbols and a bunch of other stuff.
For a look, just punch in Franconia College on a search engine. Ah hah. Most of what
America remembers about Nam is a lie told to them by those that don't want America to be a
great Nation. Thank you for getting the truth out. Mainstream media has its way, this time
next year we will be watching Kerry extending an olive branch to our enemies, while
watching the UN taking control of everything that we have fought for. Had a sign on my
house for years that said "Vietnam was no Mistake" Guess I ought to make a new
one. Don. Thank you. Keep rubbing Kerrys' nose in his own shit. Martin N. Tirrell,

His being Army National Guard now doesn't make him any less a soldier...if anything, he
is more loyal to his country than he was as a younger less mature soldier years ago. It's
good to see people out there doing well and having a great future after deployment with

Keep up your good work Don. Somehow we must keep Kerry out of the White House. He is a
disgrace to the military, the vets, and to the United States of America. He dishoners the

to a socialist nation. The democratic elite would love nothing more than to run this
country from their "positions of power" and make the rest of us totally
dependent upon them and the Federal Govt for everything. He is ten thousand times worse

Do any of you who support Bush & criticize Kerry have any idea how Bush has given
Osama bin Laden exactly what he wanted? Do you have any knowledge of the propaganda of bin
Laden? If you do, you know that for many years, bin Laden has been saying that America
wants to invade an oil- rich Arab country and occupy it. Bush & his administration did
exactly what bin Laden hoped by invading Iraq. They stepped right into the propaganda. As
a result, al Qaeda and other similar second generation organizations are greatly
strengthened. Bin Laden does not want someone like Kerry in office, his cause is
strengthened by the Bush administration's current policy.

As a retired warrant officer (CW3) I applaud your efforts on behalf of the Viet Nam
veteran and veterans, both reserve and active components, in general. I retired in 1992
and served during Viet Nam. When I retired, shortly after participating in the Gulf War, I
believe the statistics where pretty amazing relative to the percent of the force that was
in the reserves and national guard. If I remember correctly (and these statistics may help
you further acknowledge the contribution of these forces), over 50% of medical and
transportation assets where in the reserves.

Thank you for taking a stand for the future of America. We are hated by those we are
helping and it seems that many Americans are joining hands with THEM (whoever they are).
Disgusting! I am the wife of a Navy Veteran. My husband, Glyn Swindell was only 17 when he
enlisted and was in the thick of the war. I am apalled at the way America treats their
veterans. I pray for our president each night (as the Bible tells us to do). I feel the
only reason the 911 attach was not successful is because we have a Christian President and
those of us who pray for him. Keep up the good work and now - you are in my prayers.

Mr. Bendell-Thanks for setting the record straight about John Kerry. Gee, maybe Kerry
can give me his REAL MEDALS from Vietnam since he didn't thrown his own over when he
protested @ the White house after returning from Vietnam where he spoke about nothing he
had personally seen. The reason that I would want is medals is that I am the daughter of
an MIA from Vietnam--Col. Leo S. Boston, USAF fighter pilot shot down in N. Vietnam
4/29/66 while flying an A1-E Skyraider on a rescue mission. Maybe I can use those medals
to BARTER with the Vietnamese to obtain info about my dad's case since Kerry voted to
normalize relations during the Clinton Administration taking away perhaps the last
leverage we had in order to obtain unilateral cooperation on behalf of Vietnamese
citizens! Kerry is a disgrace to Veterans of all wars and although I did try and respect
his service to our country at one point, his ridiculous actions and comments have led me
to research his record in depth. I feel Kerry's comments at the senate hearings in '71
fueled anti-war sentiment and eventually led the US to pack up and leave Vietnem without
FULL ACCOUNTING to calm stateside activism--in essence, leaving the Last Known Alive cases
and POWs to become untraceable and MIA crash sites to be scavenged and buried. Yes, planty
of blame to go around, but Kerry's actions were and are TREASONOUS. This is not a man to
be taken seriously or trusted! I have listed one site and here is another for FACTS on
Kerry's record and deplorable actions. This site even has the soundbites!
http://www.usvetdsp.com/jf_kerry.htm Mr. Bendell--I read your Bio and you are a TRUE HERO!
Thanks again for your insight and work on behalf of loyal Veterans and Americans. I love
your website and HAPPY TRAILS TO YOU, GOOD MAN!

First off I want to thank you for your service to our great nation. Secondly, I want to
tahnk you for your voice. Thanks you for not just telling the truth, but for backing it up
with references and facts. Too bad our liberal news media won't do the same... too bad
that they hate our President so much and that they have become so power hungry that they
are afraid to tell the truth. They want a man like Kerry in office so they can continue to
dictate the thinking of our country. A good example of their loyalties lies in how they,
much like a pit-bull, refuse to let go of anything that may make President Bush look bad
(like his service record), yet at the same time, anything that even remotely appears to be
negative about Kerry is barely mentioned. They, like and those like Clinton and Kerry love
to keep people dependant on government so that they can remain in power. I am retired
military and am currently working in the antiterrorism field. I see a lot of information
that never makes it (in truth) to our liberal media. I could fill your web page with
examples of their lies about the war on terror and why it is taking place, but won't.
However, I will say this much... first, if any one man (or administration) is to blame for
Sep 11th it is Clinton and his ilk. Eight years of ignoring terrorist attacks against
American assets only served to make them brave enough to bring it to our home soil. The
current war on terror has nothing to do with oil, SUVs, capitalism, or any of the other
crazy ideas that the Hollywood Nitwits, half or uniformed self-proclaimed speakers of our
nation (known as entertainers), or the likes of CNN and other liberal media mouth pieces
like Dan Rather and Peter Jennings would have us believe. They tell us that if we pull out
of the Middle East then all will be well, and the terrorists will like us and leave us
alone. BULL-PUCKY. We only need look back in history as far back as 1983 and the bombing
of the Marine barracks in Beirut. We left that country as a result... exactly what they
wanted us to do. Did that stop the terrorsit attacks against America and our assets?
Obviously not! When we are talking about Islamic fundamentalists, we are talking about
extremists, that are using a religion to justify their actions. They don't hate us for the
reasons I already mentioned... they hate us because we are not muslim. They want a
one-world religion, and the religion is Islam. Your choices are simple... die, convert, or
subjigate (become a slave). Thank you for telling the truth about Kerry, he is far worse
than Clinton ever was! I will do my part to help you spread the truth, I definitely will
be sending forward your commentary and links to your website. Thanks again for your
service and for your words! God bless the USA, God bless our President for being brave
enough to stand against "popular" opinion and do what is right, and God bless
you.

Yes and where was the airforce on 9/11? Why did he stay in the Kindergarden class for
several minutes after he was told of the attacks with no expression on his face. Watch the
video. And why did Bush spend the entire month of August 2001 in Texas? We now know that
the White House had the knowledge of something about to happen. But did nothing to prevent
it. Keep your eyes on the 9/11 investigations!

We are not safe with Bush as our Commander in Chief! Richard Clarke, counterterrorism
coordinator for Bush (a Republican & a hawk) as also served Ronald Reagan, George H.W.
Bush and Bill Clinton. He says that Bush "failed to act prior to September 11 on the
threat from al Qaeda despite repeated warnings and then harvested a political windfall for
taking obvious yet insufficient steps after the attacks." & "launched an
unnecessary and costly war in Iraq that strengthened the fundamentalist, radical Islamic
terrorist movement worldwide." The blood of every single person who died in the 9/11
tragedy & every person who is killed in this senseless Iraq war & the terrorist
attacks in Madrid & the many more to come because of our invasion into Iraq is on the
house of GWB. The world is a much dangerous place thanks to GWB.

I appreciate your patriotism and service to our great country. I lost two cousins in
Vietnam and feel that they, along with all others that served, were cheated and robbed of
the respect and graditude they deserved. It's a shame that a person like Kerry gets what
little support he does get and that he has the nerve to belittle others that have given so
much. I'm also very tired with the bias of the media and their willingness to do or say
whatever it takes to get ratings. I still have the faith in our society to make the right

Kerry's comments are sickening to me. He isn't talking about any soldiers that I knew. As
for Purple Heart awards, maybe we should let the public know how easy it was sometimes to
get them. I remember one soldier who received it for a concertino wire cut when he got

Please do yourself a favor and watch cspan tonight at 9:30. They are airing Hanoi John
Kerry as he testified at senate hearings in 1971. Please watch this with a very open mind
and realize that Marvin Kalb is setting this up to make Hanoi John look like a true
patriot. After you watch this opportunist at work please do yourself a favor and look up
the following website www.donbendell.com to see what Vietnam era veterans feel about this
coward that got 3 bandaid purple hearts in four months and left his ship and his crew to
go home and get an early discharge so that he could run for politics as a war hero.
(Please click on "guestbook" when you get Don Bendell's website.) He got home
only to find that Mass liberals didn't like war heros and he realized that in order to run
for office he had to appease his constituents by taking Hanoi Jane Fonda's stance. Now the
people of Mass loved this opportunist. NOW ASK YOURSELF IF THIS IS THE COWARD YOU WANT TO
LEAD YOUR COUNTRY AS WE FIGHT THIS WAR OF TERRORISM. IT IS MY BELIEF THAT THE ONLY WAY FOR
KERRY TO GET ELECTED PRESIDENT OF THIS GREAT NATION IS FOR GOD TO TURN HIS BACK ON THIS
NATION BECAUSE WE HAVE BECOME SO DECADENT THAT HE FEELS WE DESERVE THIS KIND OF
LEADERSHIP.

document and expose John Kerry's shallow and cynical patriotism pitch to the American
public. I know there were some bad things that happened in Vietnam, as in any other war
zone, but I also know that the American military men that I have known are the most decent
and caring and compassionate and honorable fighters the world has ever known. I am
convinced that the public was misled during the Vietnam War and even today is being misled

" I remember a few weeks ago, when it first looked as though Kerry would win the
nomination, there was a quote attributed to some insider from the Bush camp: "By the
time Karl Rove has finished, the American people will not even know which side of the
Vietnam War Kerry fought on." No idle threat, judging by some of these sites. Fair
enough: politics is a dirty business, and those who run for office must expect a lot of
mud. Personally I would prefer to see the mud thrown at the policies, rather than the man,
but 'ad hominem' arguments are, I suppose, a useful substitute for intelligent
debate." Sound like Vietnam Vets now hate each other more than they hated the VC. It

needs to remember Duty Honor Country until death, when you part this Earth.

Mr Bendell, I was an Air Force brat born 1960, I grew up in the military I loved it. I
did not goin any branch of the armed forces, To be honest with you I figured out at a very
young age that the military is alot like work and after spending a few years in the
private sector I decided that the service was not for me. I would like to thank you &
all the vets that read this guestbook for your service to our country. I'm very proud of
each & every one of you regardless of which war you served in or if you saw combat at
all, Military life is one of 24x7 ready to go, nothing easy about that even if your lucky
enough never to get the orders to ship out IMHO. Anyways thank you again for your War time
service and your efforts to bring this forum together it is appreciated. God Bless America
